I finally got around to buying my domain name, and while I was at it I bought a bundle that lets me customize the blog appearance more than ever. So, I’ll probably be playing around with that for a little while. Feel free to leave feedback, but only on this post. Thanks!
In other fun news, I finished my sugar detox and feel great. Hooray for finally quitting that habit!
It’s been a very busy week, culminating in moving into my new office space this afternoon. Things are mostly ready to go, though there’s always that one (or five) thing that I just couldn’t find. Anyway.
This has been a year of extremes for me, and many of them were more on the negative side. Still, I am thankful for each challenge, because this has also been a year of unprecedented personal human growth (as opposed to turning into a mouse, I guess). I think that by this time next year, I’ll hardly remember the bad things, and I’ll be so happy that I finally took some chances.
I’m thankful for my supportive family, wonderful friends, and the clients I am lucky enough to see. I’m also thankful for my business mentor and my accountant. I’d be lost without you all.
Here’s hoping that each passing day brings us all more to be thankful for: more happiness, more time for the fun things; and more compassion from and for each other. Thank you.
This week’s post is going to be a short one. I’m trying to start a new business and things took an interesting turn last week. It’s going to be a positive turn, but it hasn’t left me much time or brainpower left to write anything meaningful. Hopefully I’ll have more information to post in the next couple of weeks.
For now, I’ll just say that if you (or someone you know in the Chicago area) is interested in oncology massage, but think you can’t meet my fee, we should talk.
